Stephen Eh's Season Wrap Up

I gotta start this column off by saying that there has been some downright hideous baseball played in the EHCC this year, and I have never been so disappointed to witness such mediocrity this season.  Ugh, let's just get to it, here's who I think will sink their teams chances in the playoffs.

1. Santo Domingo - This wouldn't be a hate blog if it didn't start off with some disrespect for Gary "Dirty" Sanchez.  This dude has been a straight up dope and hack this season.  If SD has hopes of winning it all this season, El Doucho will need to start hitting some dongs.

2. Weymouth - I don't know man, Weymouth is stacked on paper but they always find a way to lose (see Week 21 v QC).  They're lucky that San Juan sucks more then them, or they'd be sweating out a matchup against the Doggs this week.  I don't know, something about the Shaddypoo's bullpen is gonna let them down this postseason.

3. San Juan - I can't just pick one loser from this bag of suck, all of their pitchers are on my list - Teheran, Velasquez, Quintana, Gibson, Lester, you name 'em they're on here.  But the biggest bust is Aroldis Chapman - dude probably blew San Juan's chance at a bye and they're only hope of getting to the second round.  I don't think SJ's offense can carry the load.

4. Quebec City - Damn Frenchies, but I'll go with Dee Gordon.  Did this guy forget how to run? If you're in the big leagues for your speed, you better run.  Run Forest Run.

5. Dublin - Gotta say Rougned Odor for breaking my man Jose Bautista's jaw and ego.  Poor Jose was never the same and can't even sniff an EHCC roster anymore.  Damn you Rougned.

6. Las Vegas - man, this is an easy one.  I, just like everyone on their team, hates the manager.  Dude won't even give them a chance to win, completely ignoring several pitching categories and offloading anyone for a bucket of chicken.  I know this dude got beat up by other managers in the EHCC, so I'll leave it at that.  Get out of here, man.

Here's my predictions for the postseason

Round 1: SJ vs LV - 5-5 Tie, San Juan mercifully moves on due to tiebreakers

Round 1: DUB vs QC - DUB 6-3-1, QC's championship hangover is real

Round 2: WEY vs SJ - WEY 6-4, didn't you just read how much SJ pitching sucks?

Round 2: SD vs DUB - SD 7-3, cinderella's slipper breaks and clock strikes midnight

Round 3: SD vs WEY - SD 7-2-1, the young guns are too much for the poo and for the rest of the EHCC for years to come.
